    Employees working on night duties may be required to undertake a medical examination. For further information please contact the Guard Group Nationwide head office.

    1) The probationary period will be 16 weeks in the event you are offered employment.

    2) During the probationary period your contract of employment may be terminated by the Guard Group Nationwide by no less than 24 hours. This applies to screening period also.

    3) Continued employment is conditional upon satisfactory screening and successful completion of the probationary period initially for 16 weeks followed by 12 months.

    4) We complete social media and internet meta searches on all applicant’s to identify illegal activity, hate crime and other unethical prejudices.
